Directions 3-5 weeks: 3 capsules twice a day Maintenance dosage: 2 capsules twice a day
Swallow with water, or split the capsule and sprinkle over food.

Directions 3-5 weeks: 2.5g (1 spoon) twice a day. Maintenance dosage: 2.5g (1 spoon) once a day.
Swallow with water or sprinkle over food.
Do not take if you are allergic to rose-hip, as it may cause upset stomach in sensitive individuals.
